Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Checking the condition of the vehicles on return after the rental period
- Ensure that the master key is deposited in the glove compartment and contact the hirer immediately if it is lost
- Management via web platform
- Identification and documentation of vehicle damage, including the submission of repair claims on the website
- Communication with renters regarding expired bookings and vehicle returns
