Founder's Associate (remote, part time, flexible working hours)

As Founder’s Associate, you work directly with the founder of e-G-C (External-General-Counsel.Com), an agile start-up law firm offering start-ups, scale-ups and other small and medium sized businesses legal advice on their international expansion and cross-border operations. Our mission is to simplify and modernize the way companies handle international legal challenges. As Founder’s Associate, you work closely with the founder to support key areas of the business, including legal and marketing research and drafting, business and process development. The role offers a multitude of learning opportunities and is ideal for a motivated self-starter looking to gain exposure to international law, law firm development and marketing, and business operations in a very dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Support the execution of marketing strategies with content creation and campaign management.
• Business Development: Research potential clients and partners, co-develop client acquisition strategies, and assist with the creation of pitch materials as well as client and partner outreach.
• Operational Support: Help design and streamline internal processes, including for office, client and knowledge management.
• Legal Assistance: Conduct legal research and assist with drafting contracts and other legal documents.

• Student or recent graduate in law, business, or a related field of study.
• Highly motivated self-starter interested in learning how to start and develop a business in an international context.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Attention to detail and high motivation to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with regular and consistent support and coordination.
